Karen Chen is a passionate believer in the idea that healthy food can be delicious, simple and appeal to all our senses. She advocates for people making lifestyle changes when it comes to their diet, to truly see the benefits of healthy, balanced eating. Karen’s approach to food melds creativity, culture and cuisine, having grown up in Melbourne in a family of artists and savoured the influence of her husband’s Italian background. Her previous careers in fashion and as a fitness instructor show through her work today, as she encourages people to use all senses when it comes to their cooking. Karen wrote Love Making in the Kitchen, and launched Nourish By Karen, because of her desire to share the benefits of her own health journey with others.
